From Ugly Duckling to Dawson’s Too Food Truck

Food trucks are no longer the old clunkers parked behind the warehouse at 7am, with stale biscuits, watery gravy, and hard-boiled eggs — they’re serving great food — even high-cuisine. The greater Indianapolis area has some fine examples of excellent food trucks including the Korean-style West Coast Tacos, The NY Slice pizza truck, and Scouts Treats Cupcakes and Popcorn Treats.

Add another to the list of local food trucks – Dawson’s Too from Brownsburg, Indiana. Dawson’s Too brings the know-how, experience, and the great food tradition, which Dawson’s on Main Street has provided for years. The new Dawson’s truck will be primarily used for catering and events in and around Brownsburg.

In this video, we’ve documented the transformation from an ugly duckling truck to the beautiful new Dawson’s Too food mobile. TKO Graphix has taken many a cow’s ear and transformed it into a silk purse. Now about that old ugly truck of yours…
